Service Charges
Once payment is made for any active package or service, it is non-refundable unless service was not activated due to a technical issue from our side.Installation & One-Time Fees
Installation or setup charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.Overpayment
Any extra or duplicate payment will be adjusted in the next billing cycle upon verification.Service Termination
If a user voluntarily discontinues service, unused days will not be refunded.Hardware Returns
All equipment provided by SR Cable Service must be returned in good condition. Damaged or unreturned equipment will be billed accordingly.Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
