Refund & Return Policy

At SR Cable Service, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering uninterrupted and reliable internet services. However, due to the nature of digital and subscription-based services, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully.


1. Service Charges

  • All payments made for internet service packages are non-refundable once the service has been activated.

  • Charges paid in advance for a billing cycle cannot be refunded if a customer decides to discontinue before the end of the cycle.


2. Installation & Setup Fees

  • One-time installation or setup fees are non-refundable, as these charges cover hardware, cabling, manpower, and configuration costs already incurred.


3. Overpayment or Duplicate Payment

  • In case of an accidental duplicate payment or overpayment, the excess amount will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.

  • If adjustment is not possible, the customer may request a refund by submitting proof of payment. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.


4. Service Interruptions

  • Temporary service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or external causes (e.g., power outage, fiber cut, natural disaster) do not qualify for a refund.

  • However, if a major fault persists for more than 72 consecutive hours without resolution, the affected customer may be eligible for partial bill adjustment in the following month (subject to management approval).


5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Payment made but service was never activated.

  • Customer charged in error due to a technical or billing fault.


6. Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via phone/email with your account ID and payment details.

  2. Our billing department will review and verify the request.

  3. Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
