Welcome to SR Cable Service (SR Internet). By subscribing to and using our internet services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Service Usage

  • Our internet service is provided only for personal and business use as per the package subscribed.

  • Users must not engage in any activity that violates Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) rules, local laws, or international internet usage policies.

  • Illegal activities such as spamming, hacking, phishing, copyright infringement, or misuse of the network are strictly prohibited.


2. Account & Subscription

  • Customers must provide accurate information during registration.

  • Service is non-transferable without prior written approval from SR Cable Service.

  • Each subscription is valid for the specific address/connection point where it was installed.


3. Payments & Billing

  • Monthly bills must be cleared before the due date to avoid service interruption.

  • Late payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of service.

  • All fees, including installation, equipment, and service charges, are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund & Return Policy.


4. Installation & Equipment

  • Installation charges are one-time and non-refundable.

  • Equipment (router, ONU, set-top box, etc.) provided by SR Cable Service remains the property of the company, unless purchased by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of provided equipment.


5. Service Availability & Maintenance

  • Internet speeds may vary depending on network conditions, technical limitations, and shared usage.

  • Scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs may temporarily disrupt the service, and SR Cable Service will make reasonable efforts to inform customers in advance.

  • We are not liable for interruptions caused by power failure, natural disasters, or third-party issues (e.g., upstream providers, fiber cuts).


6. Fair Usage Policy

  • Unlimited packages are subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure fair bandwidth distribution.

  • Abnormal or excessive usage that affects other users may result in speed limitation or suspension.


7. Termination of Service

  • SR Cable Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate a connection if the customer violates these Terms & Conditions.

  • Customers may terminate service by giving 7 days prior notice and clearing all outstanding bills.


8. Liability Disclaimer

  • SR Cable Service is not responsible for any loss of data, business, or damages arising from service interruptions.

  • The customer is solely responsible for the content and activities carried out through their internet connection.


9. Policy Updates

  • SR Cable Service may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of our services after updates means you agree to the revised terms.
